Polycarbonate Cards (PC Cards) are made of high-strength engineering plastic polycarbonate, molded into a single piece through high-temperature hot pressing and fusion of multiple films, without any glue interlayer. Compared to conventional PVC cards, they are resistant to delamination, high and low temperatures, have superior scratch resistance, are tamper-proof, and have an ultra-long service life (5-10 years). They also support embedded laser engraving, making them the preferred substrate for high-security documents, financial smart cards, and cards used frequently over long periods.
