Laser Engravable PC Cards are specialty polycarbonate cards manufactured from pure polycarbonate film via high-temperature adhesive-free lamination. The material is specially formulated for internal laser engraving, enabling permanent markings embedded inside the card substrate instead of only on the surface. Different from ordinary PVC cards, laser engraved graphics, text, portraits and serial numbers cannot be sanded, scratched or erased, delivering powerful anti-tampering and anti-counterfeit performance. Compliant with ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard (85.5mm × 54mm). Widely used for high-security ID badges, official identity documents, premium membership cards, metal-effect business cards and asset tags.
