Chip Encapsulation: Connect and encapsulate the selected RFID chip with the antenna to form a complete RFID module, ensuring the normal operation of the chip and the stability of signal transmission.
Card Molding: Embed the encapsulated RFID module into the card substrate, and then process the card into the designed irregular shape through methods such as die stamping or laser cutting.
